Participation in the National Quality Indicator Program became mandatory for all Australian providers of Residential Aged Care from July 1, 2019. The Department of Health have indicated that providers can also collect and submit this data using a commercial benchmarking service. Many of our partner providers have been monitoring such quality indicator data for more than a decade.

We’re working in collaboration with the Department to automate the transfer of quality indicator data submitted into the MOA Benchmarking platform through to the My Aged Care website.
