MOA supports our users with a range of tools designed to facilitate accreditation and best practice care. Each set of tools are carefully tailored to the type of care you offer. Better yet, you can customise tools to suit your service or even load your own tools and data collection instruments into the system. Content is continuously reviewed by our team, industry experts and member advisory panels. Our online platform supports data collection, reporting and collaboration among all the members of your team. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and supports a structured approach to managing your quality improvement program through scheduled tools, activities and tasks. A membership with MOA give you immediate access to a proven quality review and improvement program. Additionally, MOA also has the capacity to integrate with your existing incident management systems to reduce data entry.

MOA Support

MOA is fully supported from implementation, through training, to ongoing support. Our Australian-based customer service team is available throughout business hours to assist members in maximising their use of the platform. We also work with a range of external experts which may be able to provide consulting or assistance in specific areas.

Now supporting New Zealand Rest Homes

MOA is pleased to have maintained a long relationship with many New Zealand rest homes.

More recently, MOA has developed a self-assessment program designed especially for all New Zealand rest homes operating under the New Zealand Health and Disability Services Standards.

Our quality auditing program empowers providers with tools and confidentially benchmarked reporting to continually ensure their alignment with the Standards and related better practices.

MOA Benchmarking has recently partnered with Care-Metric, supporting homes to help implement our continuous quality improvement solution face-to-face across New Zealand. To find out more, please click here.

    • Our organisation had used two different benchmarking and audit systems prior to switching to MOA; one was too large, cumbersome and hard to use and the other was not robust enough in terms of data analysis to be able to believe that the results were accurate. Using MOA allows ease of collecting and interpreting data, the results can be compared internally with the last time the tool was completed and also benchmarked against other providers. The system is very comprehensive as it contains audit tools, surveys, the CQI programme and the Quality Indicator database.
